La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham Atlanta Douglasville

All the staff are friendly and kind! We asked the clerk to give us a room with a quiet location, away from guests with with dogs. He was very understanding and accommodating. The room was very clean and updated with a nice sized fridge. The bed was a little too firm for both of our liking, but the lightweight (down?) comforter was lovely. Although there was a listing of channels for the TV, there was no guide to see what was playing. :-/ Other various personnel helped us with questions in a very pleasant manner. We had a wonderful breakfast presented by the sweetest lady, Ernest, who went out of her way to make sure that we had anything we wanted. Heartwarming way to start the day before getting back on the road again!

I booked a room, thinking that it was going to be a great hotel for a decent nights stay being I don’t typically stay here when traveling. I’m a traveling medical professional, but happened to be in a lot of pain this evening, myself, and exhausted. I was lying down and had ordered some food. I got up luckily when I did because there was a roach by the front door so I’m glad I got to the front door before my food came. I called the front desk with my complaint and the person asked me if I wanted someone from maintenance to check it out or if I want to go into another room after explaining that I’m in a lot of pain and I guess I will have to sleep with the lights on. If I was to go to another room, who’s to say there, are not bugs in the other room and either way I will still sleep, or try to, with the lights on which is unacceptable. I also stated that I’m in pain so for me to have to pack up my things, and pull them to another room would cause even more pain and inconvenience. And he just sits there silently until he says, what would I like for him to do about it. Excuse me? How about compensate me for my inconvenience. I’d hate to have to get up in pain and all And try to find another hotel at this time of evening. Then he says oh I’ll give you a discount on tonight’s stay. Well, I will speak to a manager in the morning and I’m also leaving this review so that people know that if you face any sort of inconvenience that it will not be handled in a timely and efficient manner . And also be aware that there are roaches in here. Also the usage of Fabuloso cleaner is too much. I have respiratory issues and allergies. These things also trigger my headaches so I hope I don’t end up in ER due to the chemicals. I can’t go to another room because it will still smell like chemicals as it’s in the air in the halls.

Basic, newer property in good shape that gets all the expected items right, though a bit pricy. Fairly comfortable beds, clean rooms, clean facility, decent TV that works as expected, the hot water is hot and plentiful, and AC that does what you want (it isn't the quietest AC, but that's no surprise). I checked in exceptionally late, but my room was ready and the night manager handled it with no fuss. The front desk associate on Saturday morning was friendly and knowledgeable about what was done in the system to make my stay billing work correctly. 12pm late checkout was free. While I didn't use either, I appreciated the large mini fridge and microwave in the room.

We were involved in a car accident. Needed somewhere for our family and fur baby. Pet friendly. Absolutely amazing customer service soooo kind helpful. Justin was outstanding!! Also the 2 young men doing breakfast did an excellent job keeping everything full. For what we went through with the car accident. Treated amazing from everyone here. Customer service A+++++ Decent and clean, well kept up and inexpensive. Right off the interstate. A big shout out again to Justin and young men keeping breakfast items full! Absolutely would stay again
